About
I'm a physiotherapist in Bristol, and I see children, adults and whole families, usually at home.
People come to me with very different goals. A teenager trying to make an academy trial. Someone whose knee niggles on a leisurely run and makes them cut it short. Someone who just wants to clean the bathroom without their back going for three days afterwards.
None of those goals is more valid than another, and all of them are worth taking seriously. What they have in common is that the plan has to be built around the goal rather than around a label on a form.
So rather than a handful of sessions and a generic exercise sheet, I measure five things properly, build a programme around what you actually want to get back to, and retest so we both know whether it's working. You get the numbers in writing.
I'm HCPC registered, I've spent a long time learning from physios across Bristol, London and the north, and I come to you.
