Terms of business

Who you are contracting with

Georgina Hooper Physiotherapy, a sole practitioner. Georgina Hooper is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, registration numberPH157465.

What you are buying

Physiotherapy assessment and treatment, and progressive strength programming, delivered at your home. The Movement MOT is£95. The 12-Week Programme is£1,495, or £525 a month for three months.

Your right to cancel

These contracts are agreed away from business premises, so under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 daysfrom agreeing to cancel, without giving a reason, and get a refund.

If you ask Georgina to start within those 14 days, and you then cancel, she may charge for the service already provided in proportion to what was delivered. She will not charge for anything not yet delivered. To cancel, tell her in writing at+44 7545 625089 or by email.

The Week-6 Promise

On the 12-Week Programme, five objective measures are recorded at week 0, week 6 and week 12, and you receive every result in writing. If your week-6 measures have not moved, you may either continue at no further cost for up to six additional weeks, or take a refund of the unused portion of the programme.

This is a commitment about how Georgina works, not a prediction about your body. No clinical outcome is promised or implied.

The 5-Day Promise

Your initial assessment takes place within five working days of booking, or the assessment fee is refunded in full.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change an appointment. Appointments missed without notice may be charged.

Your records

Clinical records are kept as required by HCPC standards and handled as described in the privacy notice.
