Georgina Hooper Physiotherapy is the data controller. Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Clinical records
Your clinical notes, assessments and outcome measures are held in Cliniko, a practice management system, and are not stored on this website. Health data is special category data; the lawful basis is the provision of health care.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never reach this website. We keep a record of what you bought and when, and your acceptance of the terms of business.
Website analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or fonts. When analytics is enabled it will count visits using a value derived from your IP address and browser, salted and rotated daily. That is pseudonymised personal data rather than anonymous, processed under legitimate interests, and retained for 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Deletion is limited where professional record-retention obligations apply to clinical notes.
